Since the purchase, I have been trying to get in touch to return the item. Three emails went unanswered. The head cutter is too stiff for me and the cutting surface too large. So far, the company is ignoring me, I get no response.

The item does what it is supposed to, but given the low price, not much more. There are clear execution flaws to be seen. You have come to the wrong person with me (master surgical mechanic) - way too much play in the pin joint and poor axle welding. To ensure a perfect cut, I will possibly rework the cutting geometry.
